5 years implementing, delivering and advising on online and face-to-face behaviour change programmes to over 400 people, leading to on-target completion rate of 80% and BMI reduction 3%. To support this, I facilitated problem solving and conflict resolution for families to effect change.
During this time, I collaborated with the senior team to improve and grow services. I led an internal project to identify behavioural science techniques and project managed the partnership to produce app through user testing, training and identifying bugs.
